Role Overview

Golden Resource is proud to represent a leading production organization seeking a Skilled and Detail-Oriented Specialized Machine Operator to join their dynamic production line team. In this role, you will operate and monitor specialized machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality production in line with operational plans and company standards.

This position is ideal for candidates who are meticulous, safety-conscious, and committed to achieving operational excellence while working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specialized machinery according to production schedules and technical specifications

• Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous, efficient operation

• Perform regular checks, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to maintain optimal quality and minimize downtime

• Ensure full compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies

• Collaborate with maintenance staff for preventive maintenance and problem resolution

• Accurately record daily production data and machine performance reports

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Work according to rotating shifts (morning and night) as required

• Report technical issues, process deviations, or quality concerns promptly to the Line Supervisor

• Ensure production output meets both quality and quantity targets

• Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Supervisor

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma (Institute level) or equivalent, preferably in a technical field

• 1–3 years of experience operating production or industrial machinery

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical procedures precisely

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning and night)

• Native Kurdish or Arabic speaker, with advanced English proficiency

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
