👥 Supervises: Implementation Team + 5 Consultants

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a groundbreaking residential city development in Karbala. This isn’t just a construction project—this is an opportunity to shape a modern urban lifestyle from the ground up 🏘️.

The ideal candidate will combine engineering expertise, strategic planning, and on-site leadership with fluent communication in Kurdish, Arabic, and English 🌐. You’ll be responsible for delivering a mega-scale project that will define the future of the region’s residential landscape.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Strategy & Execution

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from feasibility to final delivery
• Translate the company’s vision into clear action plans and milestones
• Develop and manage detailed WBS, Gantt charts, and resource plans

🔹 Technical Planning & Delivery

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies including market, financial, and technical assessments
• Create detailed budgets and monitor cost control and financial forecasting
• Leverage tools like Primavera P6, Power BI, and AutoCAD for planning and reporting

🔹 On-Site Management

• Supervise all site operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between implementers and consultants
• Enforce compliance with engineering standards, legal codes, and client expectations
• Uphold world-class HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) standards throughout all phases

🔹 Reporting & Communication

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Deliver monthly performance reports and dashboards to executive leadership using Power BI 📊
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and government bodies

🎓 Who You Are

🧠 Knowledge

• Deep understanding of civil engineering, construction methodology, and urban development planning
• Expert in Primavera P6, Power BI, AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering software
• Familiar with Iraqi regulatory frameworks, urban infrastructure laws, and construction permits

🛠️ Skills

• Advanced project scheduling, planning, and risk assessment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communicator and team leader with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in data-driven decision making and reporting

✅ Requirements

• Language: Native Kurdish speaker (mandatory)
• Languages: Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years managing large-scale construction or urban development projects
