We are looking for a warm, efficient, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first face and voice of our company. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and callers, while also providing critical administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office 🏢.

This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping everything running like clockwork ⏰.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🏢 Front Desk & Office Representation

  • Greet visitors and clients with warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude 🙋‍♀️
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments efficiently 📞
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area 🌿

📋 Administrative Support

  • Handle mail, packages, and courier services 📦
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked 🖇️
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings 🗓️
  • Assist in filing, scanning, and other clerical duties as needed 🗂️

🗣️ Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a communication bridge between visitors, staff, and management
  • Provide information to clients and employees in a polite, accurate, and clear manner
  • Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance or repair requests

🎓 Who You Are

🧠 Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of front office procedures, customer service etiquette, and office systems
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools 💻
  • Knowledge of workplace confidentiality and professional communication

🛠️ Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Kurdish and intermediate Arabic and English 🌐
  • Time management and multitasking abilities – able to handle multiple requests gracefully
  • Attentive to details and well-organized in both workspace and workflow
  • Confident, calm, and effective under pressure

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in Kurdish, with intermediate Arabic and English
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a professional setting
